Dr. Margaret Brazones has been providing quality orthodontic care since 1980. Dr. Brazones received her undergraduate education from Northern Illinois University before earning her dental degree at Loyola University School of Dentistry and her Master of Science in Orthodontics from the University of Illinois Medical Center.
She is a Certified American Board of Orthodontists Diplomate in Orthodontics, which means she has successfully completed a rigorous examination of her skills, knowledge and expertise, including the evaluation of actual case studies. Dr. Brazones is a published author, having an article printed in the Journal of Clinical Orthodontics. She is also a member of numerous professional organizations including the American Dental Association, the American Association of Orthodontists, the Michigan Dental Association, the Michigan Association of Orthodontists, the Advanced Orthognathic Surgery Foundation, the Roth Williams International Society of Orthodontists and the Grand Traverse Study Club, an affiliate of the internationally recognized Seattle Study Club.
Away from the office, you can find Dr. Brazones playing women’s hockey, soccer, skiing, gardening, volunteering with People for Missions in Guatemala and spending time with her family, which includes her husband and four children.
